Welcome to Brackley Gymnastics School’s Grades & Development Pathway

At Brackley Gymnastics School, every child follows a structured and individualised development journey. From their very first session, each gymnast is included within our Individual Development Programme, designed to track progress, build confidence, and support long-term growth.

This programme is embedded across the entire club—not limited to selected squads—ensuring that every child, regardless of age, experience, or ability, receives consistent guidance, recognition, and opportunity to progress.

Alongside skill development, our programme is closely linked to our GRIT Awards, recognising key attributes such as resilience, commitment, problem solving, independence, individual growth, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Through this, gymnasts are also supported in developing confidence and early leadership qualities.

Our Individual Development Reports provide a clear framework for tracking both technical progress and personal development, ensuring each child’s journey is recognised in a meaningful way.

This approach reflects our commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment for all members, while supporting the long-term growth of the club and future investment into dedicated training facilities.

The pathway below outlines how gymnasts progress through each stage, with development guided by readiness, not just age.
