Help Our Gymnasts Reach Their Bars Goals
HOW THE FUNDRAISING CALENDAR WORKS
Each gymnast is provided with a fundraising calendar made up of numbered squares.
​
Supporters can choose a number and donate the corresponding amount. Each square also includes a gymnast identification number, allowing all entries to be tracked and recorded accurately.
​
The gymnast records the supporter’s name and contact details against their chosen square.
​
This approach allows our gymnasts to take an active role in supporting their club, while helping to raise funds that benefit all members.
PRIZE DRAWS
All supporters who purchase a square will be entered into a the BGS Christmas prize draw.
​
Gymnasts will also be entered into a separate prize draw based on their completed fundraising calendars, with the opportunity to win a Home Training Equipment Set.
​
Both prize draws will take place at our Christmas Awards Evening.

What We’re Raising Funds For
We are currently raising funds to purchase compact asymmetric bars and associated safety matting for our gymnasts.
​
This equipment will be used across our sessions to support the development of all our young gymnasts, ensuring every member has access to appropriate apparatus as they progress.
​
The total cost of the equipment is £6,681.60, including VAT.
Why It Matters
Access to appropriate equipment is essential for safe and effective progression in gymnastics.

By introducing dedicated asymmetric bars and safety matting, we can support all our young gymnasts in developing strength, technique, and confidence in a structured and safe environment.

This investment will benefit every gymnast within the club, helping them build the foundations needed for continued progression as they grow and develop.
